As a student of business management, the major class I have attended are financial management, accounting, strategic management of human resource, management operations and management marketing and so on. During the study period, I have listened the class carefully and also searched for other related material to broaden my sight and building a foreseeing and comprehensive mind on business.
Based on the learned lessons and the reading materials, I have been developing the skill of planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization. They are all the basic skill for my career goals.
For my long-term career goal, I would like to apply my knowledge of management to be a professional Management Analyst in a top company, or even open up my own consulting company. In my plan, I wish the long-term goal of my career could be realized in 10 years.
To realize my long-term career goal, I separate it into many phrases, which can be also called short-term career goal. The detailed goal of each phrases are as follows.
Entering the field and getting a position of partner in a consulting or related company
Getting involved in as many as possible consulting cases to get experienced
Leaving consulting to manage a nonprofit
Leaving consulting to help a failing company to get a new life
Establishing a own consulting company
