This film is a series of films starting from 10 years ago, it accompanies with 7 episodes. The best one in this series would definitely be the last one that is The Fast and the Furious 7 because it seems like the end of the films but still a starting of another story. The film is very nice, in which we could se something behind it. The media narrative can be perfectly expressed in this movie. We could see, from this medium that there are many action watching and speed driving. However, the most important thing we could see from this movie is the friendship of brothers. Definitely, this series of films make us want to see more about them. In this movie, people are never giving up even they are facing huge difficulties. Every time they are in front of obstacles, friends and brothers are always standing by them. It makes me moved because I have never been moved by films like that (David, 2011).
In this film, the method of movie narrative is everywhere. We could see from the start of the movie, the director wants to tell us why they need to fight for what they want. The main actor is always keeping looking for his ex-girl friend because he never forgot her from the first time they met each other. The other main actor in this film is Paul Walker. In real life, Paul Walker is a nice man who loves driving to a large extent. However, unfortunately, he was died because of fast driving in the high way of California. It makes me fall into sadness for a long time last year. When I watch the movie recently, his brother takes his role in the movie because everybody wants Paul to be live in the movie. In the end of the movie, the director uses the method of narrative to show the theme of the film. Friendship is friendship, while everybody is always in a family. We could understand those words in the movie, but we could not understand easily from those words by the meaning behind them.
Following, I will do more explanation about narrative composition in the film. First, let’s talk about composition in media and narrative performance. Narrative in medium is gradually becoming the most popular way for us to learn. We could know what they film is talking about and what is real story in the movie. Narrative composition is also used in different places such as schools. Based on Fusai (2003), The introduction of computing and interactive media into the classroom in the late 1980s promised to enrich the learning process. But the benefits that it brought had little to do with telling stories. While computers may help children with analytical skills as calculation, they seldom stimulate their imagination, helping them to be creative. This means the narrative composition in media is broadly used in different places but the benefits of it are still far away from enough.
Besides, the narrative of media is also used in other domains such as media in comics. Based on Comer (2015), narrative is broadly used in multi-cultural design in pedagogy and graphic memoir. We could use narrative in media to help student learn how to perform comics.
In terms of the various application of media narrative composition, we could understand its importance of narrative composition. Back to the movie of The Fast and the Furious 7, it is very important to read all narrative composition in it because it could help us to understand the main story of the movie.
Social media is an important part of people’s life, in which it helps people deliver information, communicate with each other, and even learn new knowledge and skills. With economy and technique fast developing, types of social media is going to be more diverse and various. Different social medias are applied differently in diverse societies. This essay is going to present the current status of the application of social media in diverse society, while the essay is also going to analyze the similarity and difference between different society. For example, Li (2015) had stated specifically, we consider social media as an example of cultural products that are ‘‘tangible, shared representations of culture’’ (Lamoreaux & Morling, 2012, p. 300).
Because social media is importance, and narrative composition are also an important part of social media, it is necessary for us to integrate them into film production. Through narrative composition, audiences could also see something behind the plot, we could understand what actors and directors want to deliver to audience.
