My first impression I found the book in the local library, I decided to read it because my mother told me it was good, and the reviews describe it as hilarious and as a very funny not-to-be-missed book. I had high expectations of it because everyone I told about it said it was seriously worth reading it. After reading it, I did feel satisfied with my choice but though I liked the book, I don’t think it is hilarious nor screamingly funny. It was funny but I didn’t have to wipe my eyes so that I could go on reading. What I find very interesting about this novel is the perspective an almost 14 year old boy, who claims to be an intellectual and thinks he knows all about the world.
