    When seeing the two different conclusions from the same evidence, it is normal and not so surprised to me, as they draw their conclusions from different perspectives. The evolutionists utilize scientific perspective to explain the evidence, while Christians draw their conclusions from religious angle, holding the idea that the God is the creator of the whole life. With the development of science, people know more about the mystery of life gradually, that is, the mystery of life is not mysterious to human beings any longer. Scientists or evolutionists realize it is the descent from common ancestors that results in the unity of the life by the means of gene. Also, to adapt to the different environments, the original and simple plus unique life began to change themselves and inherit their good genes to the next generation for the adaption to the environments, which leading to the diversity of life. As for Christians, they think God is the center and father of all the life in the earth and he creates all the life in the world, which results in the unity of life in the world. Thus, it seems normal that the two conclusions can be drawn from the same evidence.
    I think the two conclusions provide two different ideas and illustrations about the nature of science. Evolutionists’ explanation confirms to the basic knowledge of science, as the explanation is based on the truth and can be examined repeatedly and right by the practice. As we all know, that science can be said to be “scientific” is not depend on or decided by some people, that is, that something is science or is not science is not determined by the so-called scientists or authorities. Instead, science shall be logical and examined repeated by the practice and predict the future. With the scientific and historical development, it can be seen that the evolutionists’ explanation about the unity and diversity is to illustrate the nature of science appropriately, while Christians’ explanation does not confirm to the feature of science, as they owe the unity of life to the non-existed God.
