加拿大代写:EU countries risk using euro

The main arguments brought forth are the adoption of Euro created great potential risks for countries that joined the European Union. Euro was adopted irrationally as the major officials in the commission chose to ignore the dark side of single current policies. They were obsessed with the illusions that were brought by it as they believed that single current policy would bring with a high level of unity and democracy as well as free trades and common prosperity for countries in Eurozone.

However those officials neglected the fact that unlike the United States, which is a country that shares the same culture and has an integrated fiscal system, Europe is formed by different countries with different cultural backgrounds and fiscal systems. This is also the reason that labor force cannot move as freely as they do in the United States. Real estate bubble is only the incentive of Europe economic crisis. Once the bubble burst, the disadvantages of Euro emerged. Unlike the United States that has an integrated fiscal system which can help out the state governments in trouble, countries with fiscal problems and high unemployment rates has to work out the solutions themselves.

As many of the European countries gave up their own currencies, it left them with fewer solutions than those countries that still keep its currencies and can work through the problems by internal fiscal measurements. The future for Eurozone is still unsettled. The current policy (in 2011) European Union adopted was the “tough it out” policy meaning that they will “reassure creditors by showing sufficient willingness to endure pain and thereby avoid either default of devaluation”. But it may take years before they make up the lost ground. “E-bonds” will be issued by the commission for troubled economies to avoid falling confidence and rising borrowing costs but further major steps toward “European federation” and higher level of integration is still not accepted. Overall, the author’s opinion towards Euro and the future development of Eurozone is negative.

The crisis kept getting worse after the third month of 2011. It even brought huge stress to the undergraduates (Mouza, 2015) and led to high suicide rate in Portugal (Santana, 2015). On the second of November European Union cut off the financial aids for grace and situations in Spain became severe as well (Huanqiu.com, 2011). As is shown in the chart below, he total amount of income, saving and net borrowing/lending kept going down for Greece and Spain from 2011 to 2013.

Until 2013, Ireland announced that it officially quit the rescue mechanism of financial crisis provided by the international monetary fund and the European Union. However, in my opinion, there would be severe consequences for countries in Eurozone since that the commission does not favor a higher level of integration and those countries do not have the chance to use the mechanism of having their currencies. Euro may bring them with convenience for doing business across borders but the lack of central integrated system is a huge risk for all those countries.
