And the vegetables taste sweet too! You don’t need any flavor to cook them, or you don’t even have to cook, they taste good too in raw. The scallop is as large as my palm, the milk tastes just like “milky silky”! I have ever heard of many advertisement that say “milky silky”, but it was the first time I feel the feeling! My taste sense has been turned upside down. The food materials you are familiar before are redefined now in Hokkaido. What is good food? It doesn't mean rare and precious food, it means getting the original taste of the food. We don’t need so much artificial synthesis in food.   Hokkaido is also a good place to take a bath in hot spring. Among the large number of hot springs, Noboribetsu, Jozankei and Lake Akan are the most famous with different curative effects. Japanese style service is also well-known to its guests, and the service provided in hot spring hotels is just like synthesis of all kinds of service. Every hotel are equipped with all the devices customers may need even with very small size, providing considerate and wholehearted service to the customers. I was also shocked by their sincere attitude towards the customer.   Ignore the political factors, I think Japan is an amazing place to go where there is a lot of good things we can learn from.
