不知道留学生们是否记得，国内的写作是非常讲究承上启下的，这是否也适用于英文论文写作呢？如果能做到的话，那么肯定能增强文中的衔接和过渡，让文章更加连贯通顺。所以英文论文写作该如何做到承上启下呢？下面就给大家讲解一下。
定义一下承上启下的句子：把上文的关键内容完美概括，又开启下文的核心论点。
1.位置
既然是承上启下，一般在文章正中间的地方，已经写了1-2个主体段，我接着往下写新的主体段，就这么承起一下。
如果即将开启的段落和上一段是转折的关系，我们常常会是一个让步的句子：尽管上文说的有些道理，但是我们还需要注意的是下面的这种更多数的情况。
如果即将开启的段落和上一段是并列或者递进的关系，我们常常会前半句总结上文，后半句补充出下文：除了上面说的一个优点之外，还有一个也值得注意。
2.方法
转折类句型：
…aside,…
Although…/despite…

并列、递进类句型：
Apart from…/Aside from…
