The context of Manchester's transformation

As Britain's traditional industrial city second to London, Manchester has experienced a tremendous transformation. Manchester is an international city located in northwest England. Manchester generally refers to Greater Manchester, composed by Manchester City, Salford and Trafford. The local government has made correct decisions to transform the city in the periods of 1980s, 1990s and the 21st century with positive consequences. By different means and policies, Manchester is in a good order and these policies have been taken into effect in almost all areas. More importantly, the economy of Manchester has developed by leaps and bounds due to the effect of governance and related policies. It is believed that Manchester will have a brighter future.
