New moon is a story about a American girl, who is inlove with the worlds most dangerous predator. A vampire !!. She had been with him 6 months. When her 18th birthday comes aorund her life changes theorectically. During her birthday, as she is opening her presents, she gives herself a papercut, leaving her bleeding, around blood thurtsy vampires. Her boyfriends, vampire brother, Jasper Hale, hasnt spent as long resisting the blood, so he takes a snap at her. Making her boyfriend throwing her into cutlery in order to defend her. This takes a bad turn on her boyfriend, he doesnt want her to be in continuos danger, so he decides to leave her, which sends her into a lifeless mode, even the dead would seem more alive than her. all of them leave. ^^^^6 months later^^^^ she then starts to hang around with human bestfriend Jacob Black, which heals some of her pain. she then starts doing irrational reckless things, that remind her of Edward her vampire ex- boyfriend so she decides to do more of this. To remember Edward more clearly she reckons they could do that in the meadow they once laid in. So she goes there but is caught by an old aqquaintence of hers, Vampire, Laurent. Who wants to kill her, she is saved by a pack of wolves. Jacob changes, leaving her mistified and alone. But he feels guilty as he promised her that he's never hurt her like Edward did. So he tells her to guess what has happened to him as he cant tell her himself. After a nights sleep, she realises what his is by remebering what he told her last spring break. That the tribe he was from originally originated from Werewolves. From hearing rumours about wolves killing people, she confornts Jacob accusing him of killing those people. Which leaves him practically laughing at her. He tells her it aint he or his pack killing people it is a vampire with red hair. Knowing who this vampire is, Bella goes into a frenzy, telling Jacob, Victoria is after her specifically. He then realises the others must know as well. So he takes her to them. Making comrade Paul angry, Paul goes to attack Bella, making Jacob defend her. She is taken to Sam Uleys Fiance's house till Jacob and Paul calm down. Emily, Sam's Fiance had huge scars down her face leaving it in a forever grimace. However she fianlly realises why Jacob was avoiding her at first. Emily was to close to Sam when he changed, so it scarred her for life. When Jacob is off tracking down Victoria, Bella decides to do some cliff diving, to see if Edward will come to her in her mind. Her wush comes true but she still jumps not realising that a storm is about to hit big time. She is taking asunder. Dying fatily, Jacob saves her. when she wakes to find her father's friend Harry had a heart attack she goes home to comfort him. just a she is outside, Jacob smells a vampire but it's not who he thinks. She notices her old boyfriends fathers car. So she jumps out leaving Jacob angry and scared for her life. She opens the door to find Alice,- who can see the future- confused about why she was alive. Jacob returns to see if Bella is okay. As Jacob and Bella are about to get pationate, Edward calls but Jacob answers telling him that Charlie, bella's father is arraning a funeral. Edward gets the wrong idea so decides to get himself killed so he goes to the volturi. Alice races in to tell a deranged bella, making them races across the world to save Edward. when they are at volterra they only have 5 minutes till Edward revals himself. Bella races to the clock tower making it at the last minute. Edward is overjoyed to see her. But Bella still thinks he doesnt love her. But the volturi guard come along stopping there reunion. Edward crouches to protect Bella. Alice shows up to help. But then something even Edward and Alice are afraid of turns up. The evil Jane Volturi taking them back to the bosses. This where there fate is discussed after finding out that nothing can hurt Bella's mind they are told that Bella must become a vampire or she will die. they go back to Forks, but Bella is still convinced Edward doesnt love her.
