With the development of e-commerce, Anthony Road Wine Company has created an online website to carry out digital transaction. The essay analyzes the website in four aspects. The first part introduces the requirements specifications of the existing online website. The second part discusses system figuration. The third part explores the screens and interface prototype. The fourth part is the conclusion of the whole essay.
1. Requirements Specifications
1.1 Functional Capabilities
The website currently has six parts: Home, About Us, Our Wines, Tasting Room, News & Events and Contact Us. The website is designed for two functional capabilities. Secondly, the employee system is used to know about the latest information of the number of employees. The system can help the owners master the turnover rate, positions and number of their employees, because the employees are very important for the daily operation of the Company
Thirdly, the customer system is used to manage the customers effectively. The information of the customers can help analyze the customers’ structure, needs and areas distribution.
Fourthly, the order system is designed to receive the needs from the customers, which directly reflects the needs of the customers.
Fifthly, the delivery system is designed to store the information logistics companies. The Company doesn’t deliver the wines due to the cost factor but sign contracts with logistics companies for delivery.
3.2 Screens and Screen Flow
For each system, the screen will show different information. Each one has its own screen flow.

If a customer has successfully registered on the website, the system will allocate an ID number automatically for the identification of this customer.
Fourthly, the order information will be shown once the customer has submitted an order, including order ID, customer name, address, zip code, product, quantity, expense, delivery company and responsible employee.
Fifthly, the delivery also shows the information about the logistic company including company ID, name, contact and fee.
3.3 Business Rules (for Screens/Fields)
Business rules can be reflected in three dimensions. Firstly, all screens should be maintained regularly. The staff should check the accuracy of all related systems. Secondly, the customer should be above the age of 18 to ensure that the wines are consumed legally. The related employee should double check the information provided by the customers. Thirdly, once there are some problems occurring in the system, it should be dealt immediately to ensure that the normal operation is not severely affected. The staff should solve these problems in time and the disaster backup system should also be established to protect all the information because information is very vital for the Company.

In a conclusion, the Company should focus on three aspects of the website. It should have specific requirements specifications, proper system configuration and fine screens and interface prototype, which will influence the operation of the Company.
