In recent years, the development of Chinese hotel industry is rapid.Liaoning provinceis the core area of the northeastern heavy industrial base, with the policy of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast introducing,Liaoning province as the center of  heavy industry is moving forward at an unprecedented rate.The economic prosperity and development provide a solid foundationfor the improvement and upgrading of hotels. Of course, the star-rated hotels in Liaoning province havegot a great developmentduring this process.Scientific hotel management mode will be attached more significanceto hotel industry.

After a period of internship in a hotel, I have deeplyrealized the hotel management. This report is based on my real internship experience. During the internship, I had learnta lot about the basic business and operations of hotel. Besides, I found that the organizational structure of the hotel has great significance to the development of a hotel. Different hotels suit different organizational structure. As the environment changes, the hotel should also make appropriate adjustments for their own organizational structures to achieve better development. And as a service industry, service awareness also plays an important role in hotel operations. This report will illustrate the importance of organizational structure and service awareness combined with my internship experience. Then I will provide some advices to improve the level of hotel management.
