Iraq: Psuedo Threat Iraq Attack: Pseudo-threat The United States has committed itself to gallantly rid the world of terrorism. This supposed “war on terror” has lead us back to Iraq. Flashback to a decade ago, Iraq attacks Kuwait, we declare war with Iraq, Iraq leaves Kuwait. But this is not the Desert Storm we used to know. The threat is not present. The United States should not attack Iraq. The President and the White House would lead us to believe that Iraq is a threat; that they are capable of building and possess weapons of mass destruction. But this not entirely true. Intelligence officials and military experts on Iraq express caution. While many are convinced that Iraq is rebuilding its arsenal, the White House has not publicly offered evidence of a single factory or lab known to be actively producing weapons of mass destruction.
