The Lucky Coin One thing that comes to mind when thinking of a memorable object is my lucky coin. I do not have a lot of things that are special to me, or that I keep as memories this is just something I was given a while back that came to mind. I received this coin about 8 years ago from my grandpa. I remember the day like it was yesterday, it was Christmas and there wasn’t much snow that year. Like Michigan weather can be, we did end up getting snow on Christmas after all, so that was nice. After opening presents at my house and hanging out for a while with my brother and parents we did the traditional Christmas thing, which consisted of going to my grandparents’ house and having dinner. My grandparents live out in the country on three mile rd. It’s a small cozy ranch style home. When we arrived I had seen all the usual faces, such as cousins, aunts, uncles, my parents, my brother, and also my grandparents, of course. Everything was happening smoothly as every other holiday did, I chatted with most of my relatives for a while. When talking to my grandpa I told him coin, coins, out, said, lucky, collection, years, while, told, new, grandpa, don’t, collecting, christmas, about, special, something, snow, seen, remember, really, parents, one, older, nice, much, mind, kid, keep, just, i’m, it’s, house, grandparents, everything
