He Made Me Do It He Made Me Do It Children have a different way of observing the world and life in general. I have found that since I have become a mother, my decisions and actions have changed because of how my children will perceive me. I am now an example and a role model that my children use in their daily decisions. Because of this pressure, I live my life in the manner I want my children to live theirs. The influence of my children has had an astounding effect on my life, and I have become a better person because of their views and understanding of life. My oldest son, Jerrick, is one of the most amazing boys I have ever known. Of course, being his mother might make me a little biased; nevertheless, the statement is still true. He has influenced me to be a better person, shows me how to love, teaches me things that I never would have thought of, reminds me of the goals that I have set for myself, and helps to build my self-esteem.
