Miscrosoft Word Produce an evaluation of the benefits and drawbacks of two different types of software packages for the production of any given type of document. My two chosen software packages are Microsoft Word and Microsoft Notepad and I have chosen to do it on a word processed document. Microsoft notepad is probably the most basic, simplest text editor you can probably get it is on all versions of windows. Microsoft word is the most used of word processing programs that are available today, and in my option I feel that it is probably the best word processing program ever! it is quite easy to use and help is always at hand when you need it the most. It offers a wide range of features that you can use to produce an assignment, a poster. You can changes the style, colour and size of the font. The feature that I like most about Microsoft word that Microsoft notepad does not have is the Spelling and Grammar checker. If you have spelt a word wrong then it will automatically correct the spelling for you or it will put a green or red line under the incorrect word.
