Microrsoft Abstract In order to fully understand the complexities of Microsoft, the multibillion-dollar Corporation, one must first analyze this organization from a bottom-up approach. By starting with the founder, Bill Gates, we will have a better understanding of his company, and his vision. In addition to the early development of Microsoft Corporation, we will explore the four functions of management, to include; planning, organization, leading, and controlling. This will give us a better understanding of the management processes from the multibillion-dollar Corporation called, “Microsoft.” Before Microsoft You cannot say the word Microsoft without Bill Gates name coming to mind. He has made such an impact on computers today and it all started when he was in grade school. He started working on computers in school and learned along with his friends how to hack into the systems. The company that had the computer on loan to his school eventually hired him and his friends on to work out any kinks in their system. He did not get paid monetarily for his time, how he got paid was even more beneficial to him; free unlimited computer time.
