The Body Shop Anita She was inspired by the Quakers who made money because they offered honest products and treated their people decently, worked hard themselves, put back more than they took out and told no lies. We can see some of these traits in her own business approach. Anita believes Ethical business is common sense. When businesses grow and become richer, they have a more powerful force for change in the world than most governments and must therefore act responsibly. We all need and want work to be filled with opportunities for personal growth and discovery. The challenge for new business leaders is to provide a context in which the spirits of employees can expand and transform. Everybody in the organization must feel capable of being a leader and there must be a highly creative workplace.
