Types Of Mangagers There are many different aspects of managers these days. Depending on the business they work for and how their management skills are put to use, managers are very different. Two examples of this are two mangers I interviewed, Kansas Lally and Mike Merrit. They both had two totally diverse styles of management. Mike merit is a store manager of Giant Foods, in Bel Air Maryland store #158. Kansas Lally is a manger of Chili’s Restaurant Inc. in Bel Air, Maryland. Kansas and Mike are both managers and both very different. Kansas Lally started out working for Chili’s restaurant as a hostess when she was seventeen years of age. She pursued this position for a part time job while she was in high school. Hostess was the only position that would be available to her due to the age requirements. Once there Kansas went through the proper training to become a waitress. Kansas said “I love people” talking to new people all the time is exciting and makes the time go by faster.
