Public Relations Being the president of a Public Relations firm, I deal with many clients who need help with their many problems. My current client owns a junkyard that deals mainly with selling used auto parts. He also owns an auto repair shop with which he affiliates the two businesses together. For example, he can sell the parts to a customer and refer them to his auto shop to have the parts installed. With this, he has an advantage over the other used auto parts stores, because they could not provide the installation of the parts as he could. His only downfall is that some of the other auto parts stores have larger inventories and obviously a larger variety. This has been giving my client a problem where he has lost some of his most loyal customers. I have done some research for my client and have come up with a solution that will not only bring back all of his customers, but he will have more customers than ever. First lets analyze the situation and decide how I will go about making my decision.
