You then have a chance to make changes in the program format if need be. The meaning of Evaluation is evident by four levels. (Kirkpatrick 1983) Level I: Reaction Evaluation Reaction or critiquing, known as the customer satisfaction index…determines the satisfaction level with the program deliverance. Level II: Learning Evaluation Reveals if participants have learned the objectives of the program. Level III: (Type A) Behavior or Skill Application Evaluation Reveals if participants are using what was learned on the job. Level III: (Type B) Evaluation of Non-observable Results The aspects of the training that are not seen or heard. This aspect is hard to observe.
