        I am very appreciated that I can experience such an excellent speech from you. After this speech, I have more expectations on my further job, and I also have more reflections on how to plan my future career development. As we all know, Cisco is a very famous IT company who provides high-quality products and service to customers from all over the world. From your words, not only its advanced technologies but also the culture of this company attracts me a lot. I believe it is honored to work in such company!

        But now, I also have some questions and reflections on what you were talking just now. So, I would like to discuss with you.

        At the very beginning, you said that you are appreciated that nowadays, there are more and more young females to getting into IT company for technologies role. But, as a female, I would like to know do you think that female has specific characteristic or strengthens to be a sale and how can we develop these skills into real job? Or you think man and woman are the same in terms of selling.

The second question is about internship. You said that a professional internship or work experience are rewarding, but you also mentioned that “enjoy” can make difference which can drive you to a new level. If there are two internship opportunities for me: one can teach me many professional knowledge and the other can give me more sense of joy to inspire me a lot. As my first internship, what would you suggest? Choose professional learning or interests?

        For the third part, you shared lots of your management experience in Cisco, including how to engage people, how to manage people and how to develop a prefect culture. I really agree with you about your insights. But I want to ask for more suggestions on how to work in a company as a new employee. How do new entrants make their voices? Especially in the aspect of technology, if I have a lot of my own options and ideas, how can I get other peoples` approval or supports. How can I prove myself? I think only doing more works is not enough, could you give me some specific examples on communication or engagement skills? Also, you told that you would spend long time to plan a project. So, I would like to know, if the real situation out of your plan how can you control it? For example, how do you control ‘delay’ or how do your deal with it?
