Nora Dolls House Nora from "A Doll's House" and Walter from "A Raisin in the Sun" follow the same creed. They both want more than society wants to give them. Although their sex and race are different, they are one in the same in that they want to break from the mold, launch a rebellion against everything people have become used to and comfortable with. Then finally when Torvald realizes that his social stature will not be harmed he displays his real feeling for Nora, both physically and emotionally.
