Globalization consists of economy, politics, culture, military, view of values and so on. Furthermore, economy is the core. Then the rapid development offers technical support for the Internet advances. In turn, people from different nations or different countries can communicate with each other via the Internet, which likewise accelerates the process of globalization. On the other hand, the Internet is a virtual anarchy society, so some unregulated information on the Internet greatly influences the state politics. Though people have dispute and divergent on the advantages and disadvantages of these two, there is no denying that globalization and Internet Challenge are inundant.

Pilati, A.（2002）explained that global Internet was an interconnected network system which is composed of nodes, connected structure, and rules. These nodes consists of countries, cities, and companies. They form a huge network structure, and it is  meshed by market rules. For economy, restricted territory and resources limit the production and consumption. For culture, single thought can cause extreme and lead to a wrong direction. Globalization gives people the chance to expand the production and absorb excellent foreign culture to integrate to the world economics. Trade has been changed from traditional trade to the new trade with a large proportion of intangible trade which has inseparable relationship with Internet. And in this process, developed countries, international metropolitans and multi-national corporations are the key nodes in this network.

Aelsta，P. & Walgravea，S. (2007) studied that Protest is a general form to express the democracy in the United States. The Internet has changed the way of human cooperation. The share of ideology and culture pushes forward human civilization to a new high. Thus, people can rally in the Internet to make expression of some opinions, such as Anti-globalization, opposing animal cruelty and anti-gun movements. The protesters will no longer need to have demonstrations on street, because they can create public opinions on the Internet. Oppositely, globalization makes people more plucky to rally in the Internet. In addition, the popularization of the Internet has caused the disorder in the management of government.

In summary，these two ideas explain the impact of the Internet on the world. The former explains the contribution to the economic development made by the data revolution. The latter discusses that how the Internet changes the way of people gathering to protest. Their similarity is that both of them discuss about how the Internet has changed the way of human cooperation and the mutual promotion of globalization and the Internet. Certainly there are shortcomings in the development of globalization and the Internet, what we should do is to regulate its developing process.
