Status quo of legal protection in the United States

Bill of rights always protect people in terms of freedom ,equality . In the United States, it is  important for the citizens to enjoy enough freedom and equality. This is partly because they would like to be equal with everyone without any discrimination among different people with different color, backgrounds and status. That is to say, the bill of rights , to some extent, guarantees people basic pursue.

Moreover, for citizens, the guarantee for the religious freedom is a good news. Even though some direct assistance would not be provided, the ban for pray in school is also not allowed. That is to say, people enjoy their rights to choose their own religion rather than only follow the nation’s management. They enjoy the rights to choose believe or not believe rather than have to pray in schools even though they do not believe the existence of the religion. This is very important for citizens.

The protection for the press freedom and speech freedom is also beneficial. This is because sometimes some people try to protect themselves when they break the law in terms of libel, fighting words, and obscenity and pornography. They believe that they are right because they could say anything because of the laws protection. However, they ignore one important factor, that is any words could be protected within the laws limits.

The rule for the arms owning rights is important. This law , to some extent, gives those, who believe that any time and any place possessing the arms is allowed a better annotation about the information of owning arms rights.

The privacy protection gives more rooms for people to protect themselves when they do not want to show anything to the public. In particular, limiting access to birth control, prohibiting abortion, and banning homosexual acys to be unconstitutional under this right is helpful for people to protect themselves from exposing too much in public.
