My ancestors came from North China before we settled in Shaoxing city of Zhejiang province(这里最好加一个大概的时间 比如200年前啊), which is in South China. As long as I can remember, my family had been living in a small village called "Du's village" before my father. We have a gravestone in memory of all the deceased family members, which can be dated back to more than a thousand year. My parents told me that our ancestors had been through many wars. They were forced to run away from their homelands to escape the wars and had never stopped trying to find a perfect place to settle down. Finally, my ancestors chose Shaoxing city, which was rich with fertile land and water. During the time without industry, a fertile land was the most important for a family to live on. Another important reason to settle down in the village was because of its isolated location, which could protect my ancestors from being molested by wars. 除了语法句式的修改外，这段主要的修改是：1.题目是问在定居之前祖先来自哪里，我给你编了先是北方然后来到南方绍兴；2.题目问是否自愿移居到现在的地方，我添加了原因， 你之前没有写；3.为什么选择了现在的地方，都增加了原因了，你自己好好看看。
In my family, the person that has had the strongest influence on me is my father. Since I was a little child, my father has been like a giant tree to shelter me from the burns and the rains. The most important lesson my father has taught me is to be independent. Whatever difficulties I have met in my lives, he didn’t help me solve them but encouraged me to solve them by myself even if I may face failure. When I was little, I hated him for his indifference. But now I appreciate him very much. Without his “indifference”, I may have a much harder life here. 为什么对你个人的发展有重大的影响，问题问的肯定是你学到了什么，或者是获得了什么样的成就，你说的就是你爸爸帮你挡风遮雨，完全没讲到影响。
My family's culture is the same as most families in China. We have celebration activities from on the first day of the first lunar month. After the Spring Festival, all kinds of entertainment programs are given in the rural areas in China such as flower exhibitions, walking on stilts, or watching operas. No matter in the city or in the countryside, all the people would send out their Spring Festival greetings. This activity begins at first among family members. Normally, we will give out our Spring Festival greetings to our elders, such as our parents, uncles and aunts. Relatives would drop each other a visit during the Spring Festival to give their best wishes for things like health, business, career, and studying. For kids and teenagers, they can get lucky money from married adults(sometimes unmarried adults also), wrapped in red envelops. The traditional way of extending Spring Festival greetings also includes sending New Year cards. In recent years, people begin to use phone calls, emails, and text messages to extend their Spring Festival wishes. The traditions might be a little bit different from city to city, but the culture is mostly the same everywhere in China. 这一段没有看到跟题目有什么联系 没有发现意义所在 ,改是改了你觉得有必要留着就留着，没有就删了。
The earliest memory of race is about my friend Crystal. She is one of my best friends, who comes from the Bahamas. She became my classmate when I was in junior high school这里改成了初中，我觉得说服度更强一点，可能是你真实的例子，感觉有点不好，年纪太小了，你觉得小学好久改回来吧. We had been classmates for three years and during the three years, kids had never stopped making fun of her skin color. She was left-handed and my teachers also forced her to use her right hand to write. Everything about her seemed weird, which had caused many troubles for her.
My most recent memory of discrimination is also about one of my friends, who has already graduated from the college. She complained a lot about the unfair treatment during her job-hunting time. For more than three times, she made it to the final round of the interviews but every time it was the male competitor who got the job. One time she called the recruiting department and asked for the reason. The answer she got was “You are great, but I’m afraid you are not tough enough to handle the job, you seem such a sweet girl and I’m sure you will get a job which is more appropriate job for you soon”. 例子我都给你改了，之前的完全没说服力。
Moreover, I had been meeting a lot of people from different countries. Each of them has different ideas about something. But we also have same idea in some way. I learned a lot of things when I met different race. I have a best friend whocomes from the Bahamas. Her name is Crystal, and she can speak Chinese. We had a lot of good memories until she went back to her country. She has been told that when she came to China in primary school, there were a lot of kids making fun of her skin color. And she was a left-hand writer. Her teacher forced her to change hand. I think there are many people that like to judge people on how they look. It is definitely not right. Crystal is one of my friends who is very kind and nice. 这一段没用了，要删，根本不是总结了题目是问你的社会层次、性别还有你的地理位置是怎么影响种族方面的经历的。不好意思，我不了解你 没法给你编，还是你自己写 我再给你改吧，前面的基本都给你重写了。总结非常重要的，从3个方面来写，一个是你的性别，一般是社会对女性的歧视，男士就是要求高咯，一个是你的社会阶层和地理位置，这个主要讲贫富的差距，像很多少数民族偏远地区的就比较穷，社会阶层还有个影响就是你能接触到的人，比如你家有钱你就能接触到外国人，那么就可以影响你这方面的经历，麻烦你自己好好理理。整篇文章我都给编了好像也不大好，怕不切实际了，前面改的你觉得不好的也可以提出来。The experience of her influenced me a lot of about race and ethnicity when I was young.
