Friendship Satire How to Be a True Friend True friends are hard to find. Everyone goes through life with a friend who 1. Excessively criticize your friend because honesty is the best policy. 2. Whenever they accomplish something, treat it as if it is nothing- their ego will become too great. 3. Compete with them for attention because competition is healthy. 4. Never call them, you are more important and therefore, they should call you. 5. Decide to make plans with them on Saturday and just don’t call and decide you would rather go out with someone else. 6. Fill them in on details they are not apart of, share everything and make them realize you don’t need them. 7. Don’t be afraid to make them look stupid in public- true friendship should be able to take that. 8. Avoid little lies to make them feel better about something gone bad- ie. A bad haircut, a pimple the size of Mt. St. Helen’s, or even that extra 10 lbs they put on over the summer. Instead, you are honest. 9. Laugh at them for trying hard in school- they should live a stress free life like friend, make, friends, should, don’t, because, look, doesn’t, call, true, things, tell, stupid, something, someone, show, life, honest, hard, bad, yours, you, decide, worst, wait, trying, try, treat, time, through, therefore, them, openly, that, avoid, take, sweats, summer, stress, st, size, share, security, school, saturday, same, revolve, reverse, realize, rather, put
