Steps To Self-actualization Self-Actualization is the develpment of personal potential. Abraham Maslow, a humanistic psychologist, created a heirarchy of needs. these needs are based on the most basic of needs, such as food and water. yet, they stem all the way to needs of love and acceptance. with every step one takes from the bottom is another step closer to self-actualization. at the bottom of the pyramid one must start with being physiologically secure. this means haveing food, water, sleep, and air. next, one must feel safe and secure; this means one feels order and stabiltly in their life, and surroundings. the third step is one, step, self-actualization, needs, means, love, feel, water, secure, pyramid, potential, next, must, maslow, food, fears, esteem, bottom, yet, way, thses, third, takes, surroundings, stem, start, stabiltly, sleep, self, said, safe, reached, reach, psychologist, possible
