Aging And Retirement Aging and Retirement When people make a choice to retire, it is not only a decision that affects them personally, but also a decision that affects the people closest to them, especially their adult children. There are several outcomes that can occur when the decision to retire is made, but there are two in particular that can lead toward developing negative feelings toward each other.
