Concepts Of Psychology Of Work In this paper I will describe how the concepts of work stress, situational constraints and unity of command was used in the movie Office space. I will describe a few scenes and then show how the concepts are portrayed in each scene. I also will make suggestions on how things could be better, and I will show how the character reactions were in each scene. In the first scene that I am going to describe was at the beginning of the movie when Peter had just came into work and he was at his desk doing his job and one of his bosses came to him and told him that they have changed the cover sheet of the TPS report and that there was a memo that went around stating this change. Peter did not follow this change. Five minutes later another one of Peter’s bosses came to him and reiterated the same thing that the first boss had told him. After receiving two visits about the cover letter he also received a phone call. I think this is when the concept of unity of command should come into play.
