Comprehensive Stress Case Study Comprehensive stress management program for Misty a twenty two year old college senior. graduating in May. Misty was asked to make a three lists the first list consisted of everything that was important to her now, the second list contained everything that would be important two years from now, and final list was resulted with having only six months to live. In results we found that she was most concerned with her school social events, and family life. Misty stressed in all of her lists that these issues were what she found most important in life When talking with Misty about school I found out that her grades were a constant concern and that graduating on time was a very strong concern of hers. She also stressed a strong concern for her life out of school with her friends and family and that making time for the people she cared for while balancing school and a job was extremely hard for her. She stated that she had many changes in her life over the previous year that made focusing on what she found was very important to her very hard.
