Treason Or Counterterrorism Public Policy: Heresy or Counterterrorism When it comes to rationality and decision making there are several approaches that can be applied. Since the wake of the September 11, 2001 President Bush and his administration supposedly are making very impacting hardcore decisions that have been termed controversial. Public policy regarding counterterrorism is controversial hypocritical, but to what extent' Are the civil liberties and religious freedoms that have made the U.S.A a great nation under attack from foreign terrorists or is it simply a ploy from within to bring American to its knees. As a public policy analyst I will endeavor to excavate and evaluate some of these controversial questions, especially pertaining to the terrorist attacks of September 11,2001. The first order of evaluation determines whether the organization or policy (in this case the Counsel on foreign Relations) is accomplishing its stated goals or objectives. Secondly, I will examine whether or not strategic plan is counterattacking its problems for which the policy was established. The story of the destruction of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, does not begin on that day. It began shortly after WWI. After the war, Jesuit Edward Mandell House and Woodrow Wilson created the League of Nations.
