Capital Punishment is a good penalty for those criminals who commit these harsh crimes. If the government was more strict about this penalty, there would be a decrease in the crime rate. I honestly believe that there are certain crimes that deserve the death penalty without a trail. Also I believe that if we are to have the death penalty then it should not be something as simple as lethal injection. In many cases, the victim was not simply killed, but their last few moments of life were filled with terror. For the punishment to truly fit the crime, the killer's last few moments of life must be filled with as much terror as the victims.
