Political Discussion For my political discussion I thought the best place to start my discussion would be in my study hall session. I talked with two of my academic counselors and one academic advisor assistant. Dr. Monk is one of the counselors; she is a white woman in her fifties. She is Episcopalian and a democrat. Shelia my other counselor is a white woman in her early thirties. She is catholic and a republican. Wesley is an academic counselor assistant; he is a black male in his early twenties. He is Baptist and a democrat. The questions that I used to start the discussion were, do you support president Bush' What are your feelings about the war on Iraq' And finally, what do you think about Bush compared to Bill Clinton' In response to my First Question, Do you support president Bush' I received mixed opinions. Dr. Monk said that she supports Bush, because she feels it’s the right thing to do since he was elected into office. But, she also feels that he can be criticized.
