National Right To Life Interest Groups in respect to the White House essentially lobby for the top personnel of Washington (i.e.: the president, Congress, cabinet members, and the media) to listen to their points of view and to assist in advancing their interests. My role is the President of the National Right to Life Committee, Wanda Franz, Ph.D. As Wanda Franz, I have earned my B.S. in Anthropology from the University of Washington (1965). I’ve also earned my M.S. in Family Resources from West Virginia University (1970), and my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from West Virginia University. My political record from the years 1983 through 1991 I was the consultant for Office of Population Affairs in the Department of Health and Human Services. Simultaneously from the years 1984 until 1986 I was on the Advisory Committee for National Clearinghouse for Family Planning Information. I am an active member of my community and support programs developed by the community for the community, especially teen pregnancy information programs. Currently I am a professor of child development and family studies at West Virginia University.
