The Cloud The cloud is a poem by Percy Shelly that gives personality to the clouds. Infact the clouds are the narrator of the entire poem. It reminds us of how much the clouds actually playa part in our world though we take them for granted often. The cloud speaks about the different activities it partcicpates in during the day suck as watering the flowers with its rain. It describes it self and the importance it serves. The main subject of the poem is that clouds are neccassary in nature and though often forgotten they are still there completing their job everyday, never ceasing to bring us rain, never ceasing to change but remain ever present, and never ceasing to be the gate of heaven.
