Man has the capacity to be happy or miserable and oddly enough people choose the latter. There are many men and women in today’s society who make themselves feel terrible because of how much they weigh or how they look in a certain type of clothing. These people fail to see that they are the reason they are in this situation. No one forces us to eat large quantities of unhealthy food that causes not only weight problems but also health problems. Another common example is failing relationships and divorce rates.
