Film vs. Book Having been born as an American child in the 1970’s, I have obviously grown up with the legend of The Godfather series, and have viewed the movies, all three, too many times to count. I was always drawn into the world of mafia madness. The Godfather was held as the epitome of all mafia and gangster movies.
