Lights! Camera! Action! Today violence is broadly promoted and encouraged by the media. Video games play a big part in this negativity. Television shows and movies are the prime factors of this violent promotion. Most radio stations reek of this violence. The media promotes and encourages violence, through video games, TV shows, movies, and radio. Today, most video games are full of perverted and violent behaviors. The 3D visual effect allows for instance; the rear ends and breast of cheerleaders on a NBA Sports video game to wiggle and bounce. This visual effect can trigger a young man’s hormones. Video games are supposed to be for entertainment and fun, not for sexual arousal. I assume these visual effects were included because males seem to play more so than females. I believe that these perverted and violent video games are the cause of aggressive behaviors within children as well as some adults today. Many children sit in front of the television for long hours playing either Nintendo 64, X-box, Sega and I’m sure there are other systems available. Most of these video games are full of perversion, violence, disrespect and aren’t educational at all.
