Creative Impulses Is everyone born with creative impulses, with the urge to indulge artistic expression of some kind, or is creativity a special gift granted only to a few' I believe creativity and artistic expression is a part of someone that everyone is born with. The thought that it could only be granted to a select few is ridiculous due to the fact that we as humans are born with a mind separate to the brain that allows us to make our own decisions and choices. If we are able to make decisions then it is up to a person how to display their own sense of creativity or artistic expression to the world. Depending on what type of personality a person has would illustrate what type of creativity they posses. For example, I like to write computer programs; creativity for me is writing an original and creative program accurate to the task at hand. Other examples of different types of people showing their own sense of creativity could be artists, where there task would be to make a work of art bound to only to the limits of their own mind or creativity.
