Ecocentric Ethics Ecocentric Ethics The ethic I have chosen to stand by is the still developing ecocentric beliefs. Through this, I believe we have a moral responsibility to all individuals including all populations, species, ecosystems and communities, rather than a responsibility to a singular individual. According to this ethic I believe that we should also give consideration to non-living objects such as rivers, caves, mountains, streams and oceans. We should take into consideration the value of all things on earth. I believe we should use all these resources. However, only under the consideration of using them and the effects this will have on other plants, animals and earth. In other words, we should keep everything stable and balanced. We should not have an abundance of one resource and not enough of another. We should under no circumstances completely use up anything available to us. When it comes to species laws, we the people should, need, environments, consideration, believe, animals, species, plants, keep, effects, warming, under, take, responsibility, prevent, learn, global, everything, ethic, endangered, ecocentric, earth, happily, work, words, value, using, together, through, things, survival, sure, streams, start, stand
