9/11 September 11, 2001 The future of civilized life was threatened and changed the way we go about our daily lives on September 11, 2001. People around the world witnessed the surreal events that will remain apart of everyone’s lives. Many countries are wondering what their fate will be since they’ve witnessed the terrible act of terrorism against one of the strongest nations, the United States of America, in September 11, 2001. Countries are questioning themselves how can they protect their citizens of these cowardly acts committed by terrorists. How does a nation really know when it is safe from terrorists' There is a whole range of potential weapons and targets that terrorists can use in an infinite number of combinations, which makes it impossible for a nation to know when and where terrorists will attack. How can we defend ourselves if we don’t know when, how or who is going to attack us' The unpredictable attacks of terrorists makes us feel frustrated because we cannot defend ourselves from their attacks.
