Hero

Hero Hero can be defined in many different ways. The word “Hero” has been used a great deal in the news, sometimes rather loosely. The term is as diverse as the person utilizing it. Heroes come in all shapes and sizes and are different from one generation to another. Be it a cartoon character for a small child, a movie idol for teenagers, or action heroes of yester year to the elderly, there is always one common characteristic. These heroes have attained admiration from a specific action taken which others are unwilling or unable to do. A hero is defined by the Webster dictionary as a courageous, valorous man. There are many people that our society deems or defines as “Heroes.” I believe a hero is someone with the ability to do extraordinary actions in difficult situations, being able to risk his or her own life rather than sacrifice the lives of others. My heroes are the ordinary people that rise above their own limitations to heroes, people, others, hero, teachers, ability, think, teaching, taken, society, show, rather, police, own, one, officers, lives, heroism, firefighters, doctors, different, defined, courageous, children, because, actions, action, yester, year, wrong, word, webster, ways, values, valorous
