Native Americans Native American Report On this Native American project my group members were Vinny, Joel, Leanna, Bethany, Troy, and Nicole. We were responsible for the Midwest region of Native Americans, and focused on the Sioux, Pawnee, and Cheyenne. All though we could have done better, I think we worked pretty well together and got a lot done. The work load was sort of uneven. For instance Joel answered seven questions and Bethany only answered one or two. As far as the project goes I think the work was more evened out, everyone had about the same amount to do. The work we did was really good though; we got a lot of good information from a variety of different sources. My contributions included answering questions 19, 20, 26, and 27.These were all on enemies, allies, treaties signed, participation in wars, and status under U.S. law. I also made a flag, helped make another poster, and found and typed up some Native American poems. During looking up the information for this project I learned many things. One of these things is that Americans in general were very cruel to the Native Americans. Two people in particular were Col. Chivington and Gen. Custer.
