It Helped Me Me… a Southwest Texas State University graduate; this would be a dream come true. Getting a college education is my primary goal, and I know that to achieve this I must set certain guidelines. Marketing and the field of communication are two areas of study that interest me. With lots of hard work, study, and self-discipline, I know I can reach my goals. The college environment will provide many new experiences for me, yet I am determined to get a 3.0 my freshman year. My goal may be high, but can be attained with hard work. To achieve and maintain this grade point average, a consistent pattern of study must be followed. I know that attending classes and participating in various tutorials will also be a great benefit. Interaction with others who have the same goals and high standards will also ensure a positive educational experience. My grades were good in high school, but I am ready for the challenge and work to maintain good grades in college. The two areas of study I am interested in are communications and marketing. I love to work and talk with people.
