Regarding the consitutional questioning of vouchers, they remain perfectly legal. However, a problem comes into play when unfair amounts of federal money from vouchers go to religious schools. The people of the United States have a right to choose how their hard earned money is spent, and if they choose not to spend it to send someone to a religious school, that is how it should be done. Vouchers are a good idea, but the idea outsteps it's boundries when money is given to religious institution of learning. The money that are used in vouchers come from the tax payers of the state, which causes a problem.
