Friendship

Friendship Education is defined as the act or process of educating or being educated. An educated person is one that shows evidence of schooling, training, or experience. Neither of these definitions mention anything concerning how knowledge is truly obtained or the branches from which true wisdom stems. Although schooling, training, and experience are recognized as means of becoming educated, the definition is still lacking in its explanation of how one obtains knowledge. I believe an educated person is one who is cultured, learned in arts and literature, socially aware, and has a comparative understanding of history and science. An educated person does not necessarily have to boast a score of over 1400 on the S.A.T.s. An educated person is not necessarily the valedictorian, maybe not even the salutatorian. An educated person has simple, yet beautiful qualities that often take root in adolescence and develop on through adulthood. An educated person has sophistication and an acute understanding of the world. An educated person has a passion for learning and a perception of the past.
