Changing Teachers Salaries During nine months out of the year, millions of children worldwide go to school every day and learn new and important information. These children sit in a classroom and actively listen and participate to different ideas and adventures that challenge them. Some day, these millions of children will be taking on the world and will become our leaders. They will lead us in important decisions, or save our lives when we need them the most. Perhaps then someone will ask them why they did it, and why they decided to become what they are. The response could be about someone that influenced them many years earlier. Maybe this person was their educator, a person who influenced their life and dedicated his or her life to helping these children grow and learn. As I become closer to choosing my major in college, I examine the possibilities of becoming a teacher. However, I also look at the cost of living and needless to say, I’m still puzzled as to why teachers are still making considerably less money than other careers. Many years ago, it usually was the woman’s job to become the teacher. Males went into careers that involved more physical teachers, make, children, teacher, need, money, years, teaching, people, day, students, however, about, careers, should, enough, become, amount, year, themselves, tell, teacher’s, starting, special, someone, shouldn’t, salary, rewards, pay, making, made, lives, learn, last, jobs
