I will talk about some of the current statistics of the BEP, like how much currency is produced, and how the money the BEP produces gets into our pockets. The paper shows charts showing the amounts of currency produced and discusses some of the reasons in the rise and decline in production. In reading this paper, you also get a feel for some of the advances in printing technology, the changes in the presses and materials, as well as the ongoing trials of thwarting counterfeiters. The third topic this paper deals with is the new currency that was introduced about two years ago.
