Management：Management is the core in any organizations. For the community in the United States, the management mode is dividing as the actions of government and community. The community is managed without intervention of governments. Governments offers dedicated funding and instruction to the community. Meanwhile, community rules also regulate that some work have to be done by volunteers, and college students are required to join volunteer work to contribute to the development of the community. This rule benefits to carry forward volunteering spirit and generates great community atmosphere. On the other side, the community is the non-profit organization, the core responsibility of the community is providing high quality services to community members. For instance, governments make great efforts on supporting the development of the community, governments provide many working positions for community members to meet demands of living, and benefit community members to realize the individual value to meet demands in the spiritual world.

Safety: Staying in safety is the basic need of everyone. Safety of the community needs the team efforts of each community resident. In order to make the neighborhood to be a tighter community, everyone needs to get insight of other community members, for example, it could be easier to recognize the suspicious person based on knowing each family in the community, and prevent outlaws comes into the community without incident. Lock all doors and windows are vital when leaving the house, since that many houses have multiple doors and windows, people need to make sure that no one could get into the house with side doors or windows. Besides, it is necessary to create a great relationship with neighbors and at least have one trustworthy neighbor. When people leave the house for travelling, he or she could give a duplicate key for the trustworthy neighbor and keep an eye on his or her house, this movement could ensure that the house is staying in safety as always. In addition, having trustworthy neighbors is considerable important to moms, when the mom has some emergency to handle out of the home, she could be reassuring to leave her children to neighbors to take care.

Connection: People have the desire to share emotional connection to others in the community. According to the theory of Roberts Hayden, the concept of community is not only related to the location, the community also means that community residents have the same goal and pursuit, community members could know each other, communicate very well, and have the willing and ability to make efforts to develop the community much better based on the common goal. Therefore, the development and harmony of community can hardly to achieve without the good connection among community members. Each person lives as an individual and has infinite freedom, however, each people needs to participate in the community and make efforts together to develop the community with the unified goal. Cultural events and activities could be the important bridge to promote great relations among community residents, and efficiently increase community members' engagement. According to Freud's theory, based on satisfying physiological needs, people have self-fulfillment needs to pursue mental health. With the improvement of material life and living quality, people have needs to enrich the spiritual world, such as expanding exchanges, building communications, strengthening friendships and enjoying life. Community events and activities could also create harmonious atmosphere to meet spiritual needs of community members. Specifically, community activities can be conducted in various ways and divided into different types. First of all, according to the different types of contents, activities can be divided into art, sport and skills to all community members to select according to personal preferences. Take cooking skill competition as an example, this activity encourages initiatives to cook specialty dishes and share with others in the community. Community members could not only enjoy delicious meals, but also could make in-depth communications with other residents during meal time. In the second, community activities can be conducted according to different ages, such as children group, teenagers group, adults group and elders group. In each group, people with similar age tend to gravitate toward each other, since that people have different needs and troubles at different ages, so that people of similar age could better connect and get deep understanding with each other. For instance, elders would like to participate some sports, physical activities could not only benefit elders to keep fit, but also provide opportunities to cut down loneness to old people. Adults would prefer to join some symposiums to share working experiences and get help on jobs from other community members. Teenagers and children may not have much life pressures that need to be shared, but they have needs to make more friends to share more happiness, so that community could hold parties for them to expand friendships.

Sharing: Apart from making more connections in the community, establishing the sharing platform is also significant to make the community to be more harmonious. Based on the convenience of space in the community, community members have various resources to share with others. For example, someone has problem, and someone has the ability to solve it. Someone has the need of something, and someone could provide it. By the process of sharing, people could not only solve problems, but also could create intimate relationships with other community members. According to the social exchange theory, the essential of interpersonal relationship is the exchange relationship, when the exchange process is balanced among different people, the interpersonal relationship could be harmonious at that time. Establishing the sharing platform could be the core to promote connection in the community. The community is not only the place where accepts services, but also provides services. For instance, the community in Germany has created a tag on the mailbox, community residents would post the images of unused goods on the mailbox, the tag represents that anyone could come and borrow the goods in the community. This movement satisfies different demands of others and makes the neighborhood to be more friendly. Furthermore, community managers could count idle items regularly and post information of goods and belongings on the map of the community. In this map, image shows the good, different colors represent to different status, blue refers to borrowing and green refers to donation, the location of belonging is also showed. For example, the blue logo with wheelchair and No.101 means that this wheelchair is donated, and people who needs it would get the wheelchair in No.101. If anyone has the trouble of bone fracture, he or she could get timely help and use the wheelchair to spend the period of immobility. Meanwhile, helping others and making more friends could make people to be satisfied in the spiritual world. In addition, recycle of idle items could increase the utilization of resources, and reduce the production of raw materials, the recycle could efficiently make the community to become more environmentally friendly.

Facilities: Community closely relates to community members' daily life, and community needs to have various functions to meet different demands of different residents. In the first, in order to satisfy basic personal demands, community has to build some public infrastructures to meet demands of daily life, such as shopping store to purchase life necessities, hospital to cure disease. In the second, green areas, sports areas and leisure facilities are necessary to a successful community. These places and facilities provide opportunities for community members to do exercise to keep fit, take a deep breath of fresh air to refresh, and share emotional connections with others. Third, community also has the responsibility to educate and cultivate young generation, so that community should set up kindergarten for children, school and college for teenagers. In addition, community should also build the public library for community members. The public library in the community provides a platform to community members to expand horizon and improve capacity by learning knowledge. The public library is a leisure place for students after school, the public library is the place where could get rid of loneliness for old people, and the public library is the place where could improve personal ability for adults. Besides, with the rapid development, people work hard under the high pressure, and the public library can be seen as the place to relieve stress for people by reading. Furthermore, based on some special needs of particular groups, community could set up some special places to make community members to enjoy better life. For example, some old people are living alone, community could establish nursing home for elders. Old people would no longer be lonely, and they could receive timely treatment when they have disease. Meanwhile, community could set up community health center for people who are living alone, when they get sick, community health center can assign staff to provide day care and conditioning services for community members. Some community members are having pets at home, when they have to travel on business, they always get into trouble since that no one could take care of their pets. Community could set up the pet day care and provide services of caring pets to eliminate dilemma of community members.

Environment: Environment has the close relationship to the daily life. Environment refers to the sum of natural environment and social environment. Natural environment is the sum of natural factors, such as air, water, soil, plants and so on. Health status is influenced by the environment, people pursue the dynamic balance of the interaction between human and environment. When the interaction is balanced, people could keep fit, but when the environment and interaction are broke, people would live in the state of unhealthy. Thus, the environment is closely linked to the health. With the rapid development of society, people live in the busy and colorful megalopolis life, since that people are far away from the nature, so that more and more people have physical and mental illness. Parsons stated that people could obtain psychological satisfaction by the interaction between individual and the environment. This concept is the origin of the environment psychology, and provides the explain to psychological counseling. Based on the contents of environment psychology, the mental health changes with the environment change, human beings and the natural environment should be harmonious. In the area of health treatment, some therapies are applied with using the environment as a condition. For instance, forest therapy is a common therapy to cure mental disease. Green plants has the ability to adjust nervous system, maintain the emotion to be balanced, and refresh the spirit. In the other side, green plants can keep the normal blood pressure, eliminate fatigue and benefit to people to improve health. Therefore, the community should focus on improving the environment, especially making efforts to do the landscaping works, since that plants could protect people to avoid harm of ultraviolet light, prevent the destroying of the ozone layer, and also could make community members to stay cheerful.
