Another one is the assessor, offer insightful analysis of options, and a promoter can champion ideas after they are initiated. Of course, some other roles like organizer, maintainer and creator should also be paid attention to.

Except the main roles, other factors are needed as well. First of all, competition. A company without comperition is not long to survive. Similarly, a team that is not competitive cannot be a strong team. Natural selection, survival of the fittest, such a natural law, is a must for excellent members.
